OPENING 

The meeting commenced around 2:30 pm with an opening prayer said  by Dr. S.O Olawoye. 

The Coordinator, Dr. T.A. Adekanye welcomed every member to the  meeting and rolled out the agenda for the meeting as; Relating SGD 1 mandates to the members 

Deliberation on research topics for SDG 1 

Addition of necessary materials to SDG 1 stand

• ACTION 

• Each of the mandates mentioned was deliberated on by all present members. Contacting Mr. Samuel and Mrs. Ruth Apata to get information on the proportion of students on scholarships due to poverty was concluded. Also, information on low-income student support is to be gotten from the Chaplaincy or Prof. Ojediran. 

• Pictures of the poverty alleviation program are to be hung on SDG 1 stand.

• ADJOURNMENT 

• In the absence of other business (AOB), the meeting was adjourned by Dr. O. Dunsin, and seconded by Dr. E.T Alori. 

• CLOSING 

• The meeting was closed at about 3:00 pm with a prayer said by Dr. Babatunde Ajiboye.
