40th Webinar: This report summarizes the outcomes, key points, and recommendations from the event, which comprised participants online and on-site. The event aimed to raise awareness about drug addiction and discuss effective strategies to tackle this problem in our community.Drug addiction poses a significant challenge that continues to endanger our Society. It has become a major concern for parents and educational institutions, as many young individuals are falling into the dark world of drug abuse and becoming trapped in addiction. Commonly abused substances include codeine, marijuana, and others, which have severe physical and psychological consequences.
To create a healthy society and ensure a promising future for our youth, Universities like ours must educate Students and the Public about the prevention and treatment of allforms of drug addiction. This can only be achieved by spreading accurate knowledge, as stated in John 8:32, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." The objective of the webinar was also to provide knowledge as a solution to the problem of drug addiction, which has hindered the prospects of many young individuals in our Society.
